We offer a no quibble 10* year warranty on all parts** on all of our products from the date on your invoice. One must have this invoice handy, as we will need proof of purchase of the product for any sort of warranty claim.

14 Day Right to Cancel

We understand that sometimes on the internet you don't get quite the feel for a product as you do when you see it in the flesh so... If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To return products you must inform us in writing or in another durable medium. You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own costs (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Kindly use the original packaging when sending the goods back and return the products with the proof of purchase. You are advised to retain proof of posting.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return them at your expense.

Please note: Once your mirror or cabinet is installed & fitted to the wall we cannot give you a full refund. So please check the product suits your requirements before you install. Returned products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.


We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:
  1. You return your product without proof of purchase
  2. With out original complete packaging and parts
  3. If you have installed the product we cannot give a full refund

We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, in some cases you may have ordered something by mistake or changed your mind or be in some other way unhappy with your purchase. That is why we offer a 365-day no-hassle return policy.

Similar to our 14 day money back guarantee, please ensure your unwanted items are returned:

  2. With original complete packaging and parts

No Hassles

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, documentation and accessories (if any) within 365 days of purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Cancellation consequences

Important Information


GENERAL RETURNS

For a full refund, the item must be returned in a new condition with all the original packaging, fixtures and documentation

If the packaging is incomplete or damaged a nominal non negotiable restocking fee of £35.00 will be applied. We cannot except and will not credit an item that has been installed on a wall.

To ensure your refund isn't delayed please place this returns form and copy of the original invoice in a prominent location inside the packaging.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Items authorised for return should be received in a good complete condition with all component parts.

South West Lighting Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, goodwill, business revenue or otherwise) costs, expenses or any other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their resale by the Customer.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

In most cases, your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. Once we have received the goods, and have processed your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
